AMANDA b. Sept 1851 in Washington Co, IN d. 2 Oct 1929 in Phoenix, AZ, bur. Palmers Prairie Cem. in Sullivan County, IN m. James Newton Bilyeu 20 Aug 1868 in Sullivan County, IN. Her husband was a brother to John Riley's wife, Sarah. Amanda and Jim raised my gr grandfather. They have a son that was buried at Mt. Tabor Cem. I found his stone. There are open spaces around his grave. Makes us think that more family could be buried there.
Amanda was living in her parents' family in 1860 in Vernon Township, Washington, Indiana.[1]
