Walstene Lindon Kirkland, son of Ernest Palestine Kirkland and Anna Cona (McAllister) Kirkland, was born on 1 May 1915 at Cottonwood, Houston County, Alabama.[1]
He married Lina Elizabeth Eddins, daughter of Harry Kirby Eddins and Effie Lena (Weathers) Eddins,[2]
He and Lina appeared on the census of April 1940 at Jacksonville, Duval, Florida.[3]
Walstene and Lina were divorced in 1941 in Duval County, Florida.[4]
He married Christine Ila Hendricks.[1]
Walstene died on 29 April 1990 and was buried at Greenlawn Cemetery, Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[1]
