Robert's death (age 60) was registered in 1961 in the Ayr district.[4] he died aged 60 at Ice Rink, Beresford Terrace, Ayr.(usual residence 17 Auchincruive Avenue, prestwick, Ayrshire. his son in law Abraham Boyd was informant, living at 5 Auchincruive Avenue.
