Born and raised in Neshoba County, MS.

East Central Jr. College, AAS - Electronics ENG TECH University of Southern Mississippi, BS - Industrial ENG TECH Colorado School of Mines, MS - MIN Economics/Operations Research

Mississippi Army National Guard 1983-1985, 1988-1990

Commissioned thru Army ROTC, Continuously served as as Army Officer from Feb 1990 till Aug 2015.

Deployed - Desert Storm, AFG - 2006, AFG - 2013.

Retired Lieutenant Colonel.

Am interested in paternal line - Kirkland genealogy and making the connection of my earliest known ancestor, Henry Thomas Kirkland, to his ancestors in Virginia.

Why stop in Virginia - there are Kirklands from England and Scotland as well - my G-Grandmother was a Kirkland.

Hello and thank you for response, Vina Faye Kirkland, was my grandmother, 'They were from Oaklahomah . She was a only child, Married a Hansel Hancock.
