The death occurred at the residence of her son, Mr. D. S. Beddie, of 'Maradana, ' Manildra, of Mrs. Theophilia Jane Beddie, at the age of 88 years. The deceased lady had been residing here for the past 18 months and had been remarkably active for her years till her last illness. The interment took place to the Presbyterian portion of Carcoar Cemetery on Monday, P. A. Quinn, of Molong, being in charge of the funeral arrangements. Surviving the deceased are four sons and two daughters, viz., Stanley (Manildra), Charles (Condobolin), Bert and Ivan. One son, John (Reedy Creek) predeceased her by several years.
