Everett Charles Kirkpatrick was born on 3 February 1885. He was the son of Joseph John Kirkpatrick and Harriet Louisa Bastable.
He lived with his parents and siblings in Jacques-Cartier, Quebec, Canada.
On 30 October 1912 he married Evelyn Gertrude Evans in Quebec. They went on to have two children.
His mother Harriet died on 4 July 1914.
Everett was the Mayor of the Town of Montreal West (Quebec) from 1963 until 1965.
He passed away on 16 November 1979 and was buried at Cimetière Mont-Royal, Outremont, Montreal Region, Quebec, Canada[1].
