Biography

James H. Kirkpatrick was born in October 1856 in Virginia.[1]

James married Sarah Elizabeth Wolfe on 6 Dec 1877 at Meigs County, Ohio. The ceremony was performed by J. G. Derry, Justice of the Peace.[2][1] Based on US Census and other records, they had at least the following children:

In 1900, James H. Kirkpatrick lived in Fairfield Township, Northumberland, Virginia with his wife Sarah E. Kirkpatrick, and 8 children.[1]

In 1910, James H. Kirkpatrick and Sarah E. Kirkpatrick lived in Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland, with 4 children. James was a carpenter.[11]

In 1920, James H. Kirkpatrick lived in Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland, with two sons. James H. was a real estate salesman, son James was a machinists, and son Paul was a welder.[12]

In 1930, James and Elizabeth Kirkpatrick (indexed as Kerkpstnek) lived in Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland, with son James and his family. Son James was a carrier for the US Post Office.[13]
