Adalaid was born about 1869. She is the daughter of Simon Kissinger and Lydia Goshert. ^[1]

She married Atwood H. Elder 17 Oct 1890 in Kosciusko County, Indiana.^[2]

In 1900 they were the parents of Buren Elder, age 4.^[3]
