Biography

Mary Catharine Kitchens was born 20 August 1829 in Robeson, North Carolina, the daughter of James Bridger Kitchens and Margaret Smith^[1].

She married Allen Thompson. In 1880 they lived in Emanuel County with children Francis S., Morris, and Mary still living at home^[2].

She died 20 September 1907 and was buried in Ebenezer Cemetery, Swainsboro, Emanuel County, Georgia^[1].

She was mentioned on the death records of her sons Francis^[3] and John^[4].
