Death

Abraham Kittle Sr. died 16 Sep 1816, at his farm located somewhere between the communities of Elkins and Beverly, in Randolph County, West Virginia, at age 85 years. The location of the farm is thought be at or near Sullivans Crossing.
Beverly, the Randolph county seat, was established by legislative enactment December 16, 1790, on lands the property of James Westfall. John Wilson, Jacob Westfall, Sylvester Ward, Thomas Phillips, Hezekiah Rosecrouts, William Wormesley and Valentine Stalnaker, were appointed trustees. January 26, 1811, the freeholders of Beverly were directed to elect five fit and able men, freeholders and inhabitants of the town, to be trustees thereof. By Act of Assembly, January 17, 1848, the town was incorporated under the name of the "Borough of Beverly." [11]
Abraham may have been buried at either the Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery or the Sullivans Crossing Cemetery (both long abandoned cemeteries) that were located between Elkins and Beverly. The Sullivans Crossing Cemetery is where Abraham's first wife Christina (1736-1801), and his son Abraham Jr (1773-1814), were buried. Bronze plaques were later installed at the Arnold Hill Cemetery, near the Elkins Airport, in memory of Abraham Kittle Sr. and a Michael Wees. However, a notation in the Arnold Hill Cemetery records indicates that Abraham Kittle Sr, and a Michael Wees, both died before 28 September 1818, when the tract where the Arnold Hill Cemetery is located was purchased by the deacons, from Henry and Elizabeth Petro. While the Meeting House was already built on the tract according to the deed, there is no mention of the cemetery. Abraham Kittle, Sr is more likely to be buried in the cemetery on his home-place at Sullivan's Crossing about two miles northwest of Arnold Hill. The WPA canvass also lists him at Sullivan's Crossing. Michael Wees, on the other hand, died in 1813 and was more likely buried on his home-place on the Cheat River. (William H. Rice) Arnold Hill Cemetery Association[12])

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Abraham by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA test-takers in his direct paternal line. Mitochondrial DNA test-takers in the direct maternal line: It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Abraham:

I have added the daughter Mary back to the children. For some reason she was no longer connected. Also, I question the marriage information you have provided for Mary, specifically the Greathouse spouse and would like to know the source of that information for further research. According to the transcription at

Title West Virginia, Marriages Index, 1785-1971 Author Ancestry.com Publisher Ancestry.com Operations, Inc. Publisher Date 2011 Publisher Location Provo, UT, USA

Greathouse and Teter were married in Wood, West Virginia in 1810. This is problematic as Kittle and Teter were married in 1793 and were still married when the will was drawn up for her father, which you have listed in 1813.

Additionally the marriage record with Greathouse transcribes the maiden name of the woman to be Kettles. This suspicious difference further suggests that this marriage is not related to Mary Maria Kittle.

I have uncovered an excellent researchers work at https://gedbas.genealogy.net/person/show/1152535180 that has multiple sources if you are interested. I have taken that page and made a wiki space to try and get the formatting corrected. Please feel free to edit the wikispace. * Biography of Peter Mitchell Jr.
