I'm a writer working in higher education for 20 years, and I'm interested mainly in early eastern American history (especially Carolinas and Virginia years 1584-1700), and my Dees and related ancestors. I joined WikiTree to get started on learning more about them, which I realize is a collaborative effort that will require my volunteer contributions and will also help others with their family trees.
