Harry was born in 1925 and passed away at age 86 in 2012.
Education: He graduated from Williamsport High School in 1943 and was the 1st college graduate in his family. After WWII, he attended Dickenson Seminary (now Lycoming College) studying pre-med and went on to graduate in 1951 from National College of Chiropractics in Chicago.
Military service: He enlisted in the Navy and served in WWII for over 2
½ years as a radioman gunner on carrier-based dive bombers in the Task Force 58 Fleet during the Iwo Jima and Okinawa conflicts
Occupation: Chiropractor in Milton, PA where he retired in 1995 after serving his patients for 44 years.
He married Mary Elizabeth "Lib" Calkins in 1947 at Messiah Lutheran Church in South Williamsport, PA. They had one son and two daughters. They had been married for 65 years when he passed away.
