Johann Henrich Klein was born 1704 in Cusel, Herzogtum Pfalz-Zweibrücken, Heiliges Römisches Reich Deutscher Nation nowadays Kusel (until 1865 written Cusel), Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
His parents were Johann Klein and Mary Eva (Unknown) Klein.
He married Anna Margaretha Grimm on October 23, 1729 in Cusel, Herzogtum Pfalz-Zweibrücken.
He emigrated with wife an child Johann Peter in 1737 to Pennsylvania.
After emigration to America a few of the family americanised their last name to "Little" (Klein in German means small or little) or after the pronunciation in "Cline".
He and his wife had 10 children:
