Biography

Clementine was born on 6 June 1890[1] in East Russia.[2] She was of German descent.[3]

She married John Jonatschick, and they immigrated to Canada with their first son, John, in 1911.[2] Part of their journey was aboard the Carthaginian, which sailed from Liverpool to Halifax, Nova Scotia, in April 1911.[3]

Clementine died in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on 28 October 1947.[1] She is buried with her husband in Elmwood Cemetery.
