Biography
Elizabeth was baptised on 29 January 1783 in Thornbury by parents James and Elizabeth. [1]
Elizabeth Knapp and Jonah Whitfield married in Bristol on 16 March 1807. [2]
The 1851 census shows Jonah living with his wife, Eliza Knapp, his daughter, Susanna, his son, Jonah (1821), and three visitors, Leonard Jefferis (1811), his wife, Emma Jefferis (1816), and daughter, Ellen (1849), in Thornbury, Gloucestershire, England. [3]
She passed away aged 85 in 1857.[4]
