Biography
Timothy Swain Mills Knight, son of Arthur Knight, 7th Dragoon Guards, was born in County Kildare, Ireland on 12 September 1825.
He married Sarah Jane Meason (Barnes) Stephen, widow of Douglas Stephen, in about 1858. This marriage produced four children, the twins were born after their father's death:
- Arthur Knight, born 24 March 1860.
- George Luke Knight, born 1862.
- Timothy Swain Mills Knight, born 28 December 1863.
- Helen Elizabeth Anne Knight, born 28 December 1863.
Timothy had been a photographer in life, he died at Philippolis on 7 May 1863.[1][2]
