PIKE— KNIGHT.— On June 3, 1889, by Rev. R. H. Crook, at Methodist Church, Euroa, Alfred (retired S.M.), eldest son of the late Alfred Pike, of Campbell's Creek, to Eliza, second eldest daughter of the late William Knight, of Euroa. "Campsey," 160 Atherton-road, Oaklelgh, Victoria.
Eliza died on 6 May 1943, aged 74, at Seymour, Victoria, Australia. Her parents were listed as William Knight and Ann Morrish.

PIKE.-On May 6 (suddenly), near Seymour, Eliza, beloved wife of Alfred Pike, of 166 Atherton road. Oakleigh, and loving mother of Leslie (Dandenong), Ethel (Mrs. L. Madix, Brunswick), Mabel (Mrs. Rose, Tatura), Chrisie (Mrs. W. Fulton, Leeton), Alder, Olive (deceased), Dorris (Mrs. Creelman. North Newlyn), Theodore (deceased), Rubin (Mt. Royal), Phyllis (Mrs. Hargraves, Newport), aged 74 years. A wonderful mother, at rest.
She was buried at the Springvale Botanical Cemetery[6].
