Based on the mother Ann J. Wallace now being Uncertain Existence, I propose to remove her as mother.

This affects siblings Joel, Moses, and William. In the case of William, he has a birth record that lists his father as William and Mother as Mary.

I will proceed on 20 Jan 2023 if there is no objection.
