He was married in Falmouth, Cumberland County, Maine to His second cousin, Mary Knight about 1750. Intentions were filed October 5, 1750. She was the daughter of George Knight and Judith Moody Knight.[4][2][3][5]
Captain Samuel Knight served with Cumberland County Militia, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.
