She married, firstly, Gerald FitzGerald, Lord Garratt, son of Gerald FitzGerald, 1st/11th Earl of Kildare and Mabel Browne, in October 1578. They had a daughter Lettice.
She married, secondly, Sir Philip Boteler after 1578. They had four sons, including Sir John and Sir Robert Boteler.
Catherine reputedly died in Dec 1632 and was buried at Watton on Stone, Hertfordshire, England on the 30 Dec 1632.
