Biography
Ann Knotsworth was born about 1500, Yorkshire, England.
She is named as the daughter of Philip Knotsworth of Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, in Foster's Yorkshire pedigrees, describing her daughter Ann who married Ralph Westby: "... daughter of Hugh Wyrrall of Loversall, co. York. Esq. chief magistrate of Doncaster, 1545/8, living 1549-88, by Ann, his wife, daughter and heiress of Philip Knotsworth, of Market Rasen, co. Lincoln".[1]

Still leaning toward Knotsforth.
In the case of this pair, I think I'd trust FabPedigree over the Rootsweb tree I found, even though FabPedigree doesn't include a source for father being Philip Knotsforth.
