He married Miriam L. Hall on 15 March 1911 in Key West in a ceremony performed by Howard B. Gibbons, Pastor 1st Cong'l Church.[2] The witnesses were James Weech and Maisie Adams.
Henry died 31 December 1938 in West Palm Beach, Florida, and he was buried in Miami.[3]
