George M. Knox was born about 1872 in Slade, Powell, Kentucky to John Knox and Armina Hanks.[1] His mother died when he was about 3 years old, but his father soon remarried to Susan Kelly.[2]
Some time before about 1900, he married Lillian Martin.
George died 24 Apr 1954 in Rosslyn, Powell, Kentucky.[1]
