Anna Elisabeth Koch was born in 1728 in Herberts, (Burghaun) Fulda, Hessen to Johann Jacob Koch.[1]
She married Johannes Sippel (Seibel) on on 22 Apr 1749 in Burghaun, Fulda.[2]
The Seibel family resided in the German village of Herberts (about 3 miles southwest of Burghaun) prior to immigrating to Russia.
They had five recorded children in Burghaun. The Sippel or Seibel family as they were known in Russian census records, immigrated to Russia, but Johannes died after arriving in Russia.
Anna Seibel remarried to Peter Walter and the combined Seibel/Walter family settled in Walter, Volga, Russia. They settled in Walter on 25 August 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 Census in Households No. 1 & No. 41.[3]
