Biography
Sarah was born in Millersburg, Ohio in February of 1848 to Frederick Krou and Margaretta Gushwa. On April 2, 1878, Sarah married John Clinton Smith in Holmesville, Ohio. Less than a year later, on February 13, 1879, they had their daughter Della. On March 5, 1883 they had Chester, and on March 21, 1889 they had Asa. After John's death in 1905, Sarah followed her daughter and granddaughter to Oklahoma, where she lived until her death on Feb 17, 1918 in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
