Johannes was born in 1747.
Johannes married Maria Landis, daughter of Benjamin and Anna (Snavely) Landis. They had seven children:[1]
- Benjamin (b-1772)
- Anna (b-1775) married Landis
- Maria (b-1778, d-1822) unmarried
- Elizabeth (b-1780) married Leman
- Johannes (b-1784)
- Barbara (b-1788) married Diffenbaugh
- Heinrich (b-1793, d-1829)
He passed away in 1825.
