Biography

Ruby was born on 30 May 1917 in San Nicolas, Buenos Aires, Argentina.^[1] She is the daughter of missionary parents, G. J. Frank Krieger and Esther Douglass, who came to Argentina shortly after they were married, stayed and raised a family there.
