Biography

Albert William Kruse was born in Hanover, Kansas on 13 Oct 1908. His parents were August William Kruse and Bertha Munstermann. Albert was married twice: with Winona Wilhelmina Prass (1912-1983) in Cook, Illinois on 27 Nov 1930, and with Gladys Helene Helming (1923-2006). Albert died in Topeka, Kansas on 27 Oct 1980.^[1]

At the time of the US 1910 census, Albert Kruse was living in Independence, Kansas with his parents (August and Bertha Kruse) and two brothers.^[2]

Albert W Kruse (age 22) and Winona Prass (age 18) were married in Cook, Illinois on 27 Nov 1930.^[3]

At the time of the US 1940 census, Albert W Kruse with his wife Winona W Kruse and two sons (Rodney C age 7 and Royden L age 0) were living in Evanston Township, Illinois.^[4]

Albert's wife Gladys H Kruse (born 22 Aug 1923) died on 28 May 2006. Her obituary lists sons Royden and Rodney Kruse among others.^[5]

FamilySearch.org shows also Albert's daughter (with Gladys Helming), Patricia Kruse (married name Bartels).^[6]
