Born: Cordt Heinrich Friedrich Christian KRUSE, on 28 February 1825 in the small village of Südfelde near Minden, Westphalia, Prussia , father, Christian KRUSE, mother Louise KLOEPPER. (3)

Arrived in South Australia: in August 1853, age 27, on the ‘Wilhelmsburg’ disembarking in Melbourne. He then travelled on to Hope Valley, South Australia, the home of a relative and fellow former resident of Sudfelde, Heinrich KLOEPPER Kloepper-55.

Married: on 14 April 1857, age 31, in the Residence of Heinrich Wilhelm BOTHE, Hope Valley, South Australia, to Elisa DOMASCHENZ, age 20.

Residence: Sheoak Log and Roseworthy in South Australia. Maryborough in Victoria, Australia.
