Biography
Marie Engel Kruse was born in Altenebstorf in 1715. On 12 November 1744, she married Johann Jacob Benhöfer, heir to farm no. 6 in Hanstedt I, with whom she had five children.[1] Widowed in 1752, she married Hans Wilhelm Kruse who became interim farmer at her deceased first husband's farm and with whom she had two daughters. She died at the farm on 14 December 1760.[2]
