RUDIAK HELENA B. (KUSIOLEK) Age 61, on Friday, August 14, 2015, of pancreatic cancer, in Pittsburgh, PA, formerly of Przyjma, Poland. Dearest wife of John J. Rudiak; beloved mother of Natalia A. Rudiak; daughter of the late Lucja and Dionizy Kusiolek; sister of Danusia (Ryszard) Ziarniak, Alina (the late Leszek) Szafran, Grazyna (Andrzej) Ziarniak and Henryk (Malgosia) Kusiolek; sister-in-law of Barbara A. Rudiak, Michael B. Rudiak and the late Margaret A. Gatto; cherished aunt of Ewelina (Marcel), Aleks, Daniel, Stefania, Agnieszka, Maciej (Agnieszka), Anastazja, Antony, Daniel (Katarzyna), Gabriel, Aleksander, Anna, Julia, and Kacper. She will be greatly missed by her closest friends, and all who knew her. Visitation Monday, 12 p.m., until a Blessing Service at 8 p.m. in the BORON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1719 Brownsville Road. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Jakub Church, Golina, Poland at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to You Can Be My Angel Foundation, 10126 S. 84th Terrace #203, Palos Hills, IL 60465.
