Biography

Elizabeth was born in 15 Sep 1820. She was the daughter of Jacob Kuykendall and Marguerite Rayburn. She passed away in 1907. Elizabeth first married Moore Moore. In 1850 they are enumerated on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [1] In 1860 Elizabeth continues in Yalobusha County. [2] She subsequently married Middleton Bradford.[3] In 1870 Elizabeht and her second husband are enumerated on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [4] In 1900 Elizabeth is in Water Valley, Yalobusha County, with her widowed daughter Mary Duke. [5] Elizabeth died 6 Feb 1907. She is buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Water Valley, Mississippi. [6]

Research Notes

In 1860, Frederick Luther Ming (1834-1926), a common school teacher, was part of the household. He was from Alabama and appears to have returned to Alabama.
