Biography

Anna was Osage.

Wah-hrah-lum-pah "Anna" was born in 1886 to Jimmie and LIzzie Nekahesey in the Osage Nation, Indian Territory. Her roll number was 283.

Marriages:

  1. Wah-tsa-tun-kah about 1899
  2. Moh-shon John Kinny/Kenny about 1907
  3. Otis "Oda" Brown about 1910

Anna was killed in May 1921 by two acquaintances, Byron Burkhart and Kelsey Morrison, as part of the plot to take the family oil wealth or "headrights".
