John Kyle, son of James or Joseph Kyle and Isabella Ferguson.

He married in Ireland to Rebecca Reid.

John and his family settled in Lanarkshire, Scotland where he was employed as a Pithead labourer.

John died at his home in Glenboig on 17 April 1917.

John was Master Baker, like father. Rumor he lost an arm.

He could not attend son Alexander wedding, because traveled to son John funeral, killed in WWI Flanders, France. Letter from John to Alexander will be added in sources when I receive a copy.

John was listed as a kiln Burner on death register, which meant he maintained fires on kilns for famous fire brick factory in Scotland.
