Biography
Marie, daughter of Jean Forest and Marie Joseph Pitre, was born about 1740 in Acadie, Colony of Nova Scotia.[1]
Pierre Martin, son of Pierre Martin dit Bernarbé and Marie Anne Grangé of Saint-Pierre -du-Portage, and Marie Forest, daughter of the late Jean Forest and the late Marie Joseph Pitre of Acadie, were married 7 Feb 1763 in the parish of La Purification-de-Repentigny, Repentigny, Canada, Nouvelle-France. Present at the marriage were Pierre Martin father, Charles Meuseau and Pierre Forest.[2]
