Marie Anne Labossiere was born June 14, 1767 [1]at St-Ours and was baptized there two days later. She was the only child and a daughter of Jean Baptiste Labossiere and Marie Amable Leroux. For some unknown reason, her father was only listed on the parish register as Martin with no other names, thus she is likely known as Marie Anne Martin, but this is a priest error as there was never a marriage of a Martin to her mother, Marie Amable Leroux ditte Cardinal. Her mother died about 11 months later and her father remarried.
No marriage records nor burial records have been found for her under Martin nor Labossiere. It is not known when nor where she died, but it is expected that she had she passed away about or before1840.
