Anaclet Labossière was born at Beloeil on Feb. 9, 1840 and he was baptized there the same. He was the sixth child of seven and the fourth son of five for Alexis Labossière and Sophie Racette.
Anaclet who is now known as Louis is found at home with his family in the 1851[1] Canadian census living at Beloeil. The four surviving children are all there, the older three all having died young before this census. It is not known why his name changed to Louis, but there were only four surviving children for this family and all are accounted for in this census record and his age at the time matches his age from his baptism record.
No marriage record nor burial record have been found for him, but it is expected that he had passed away by or about 1910.
