Robert was born about 1700, probably in Sussex county, Delaware.
In 1728, he and his sister, Elizabeth Lacey, settled with their mother, Sarah, for their shares of his father Lacey-1723's estate. Sarah had remarried by that time.
Robert died some time after 1728.
