Lucy was born about 1813 and baptised on the 20th May 1813 at St. Mary Abbots, Kensington, Middlesex, England, the daughter of John Lacey (porter)and Rose-ann Lacey of Hoopers Court[1]. She passed away aged 2 years in 1815 at New Road, Chelsea and was buried on the 12th April 1815 at St. Luke, Chelsea, Middlesex, England[2].
