Charles was born about 1785. He is the son of Zilpha Unknown, and presumed to have resided in Abbeville at the time of his mothers death, January 1805.[1]

There is a marriage of a Charles Lacy to a Mary Simpson, 01 Sep 1828, Marion Co, Indiana. Perhaps a 2nd marriage or the marriage of a son of Charles.[8]
