Biography

Charles Lack, the son of Charles Lack was born in about 1859 in Norfolk, England. (Possibly Wighton, Norfolk as spelled wrongly as Whiten, Norfolk on Census entry)

He was a waller (Builder) born in Norfolk and then moved to Rochdale, Lancashire.

He married Margaret Matthews on 8 January 1882 at St John the Evangelist's church, Bacup, Lancashire. [1]
