Biography

Agie Elizabeth Lackey was born on 19 Jan 1896 in Sharpes Township, Alexander, North Carolina, United States.

In the 1900 census Agie (age 4) was the single daughter of Commodore Lackey in Sharpe, Alexander, North Carolina.[1]

In the 1910 census Agie (age 14), Farm Laborer, was the single daughter of William C Lackey in Sharpes, Alexander, North Carolina, United States.[2]

Agie married Walter Romulus Watts (1894 - 1960) on 15 Dec 1915 in North Carolina.[3]

Their children were:

  1. Franklin Edward Watts (1916 - 2013)
  2. Bettye Sue Watts (1925 - 2008).

In the 1920 census Alie (age 23) was the married daughter of W C Lockey in Sharpes, Alexander, North Carolina.[4]

In the 1930 census Agie (age 34) was the divorced head of household in Cowles Street, Statesville, Iredell, North Carolina, United States.[5]

In the 1940 census Agie (age 42), Relief Operator, was the widowed son-in-law of Ruban F Campbell in Alexandria, Alexandria City, Virginia.[6]

Agie died on 21 Oct 1948 in Hiddenite, Alexander, North Carolina aged 52.[7][8][9]
