Biography

Richard "Dick" Lacy, son of Samuel and Elizabeth Lacy, was born about 1855 in Texas. He appeared on the census of 4 June 1860 in the home of his parents at Houston County, Texas.^[1] He appeared on the census of 6 Aug. 1870 in the home of his parents at Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas.^[2]

He was a farmer when he appeared on the census of 12 June 1880 at East Palmer, Ellis County, Texas.^[3]
