Euphemia Lacy, daughter of David and Sarah (Pancoast) Lacy, was born about 1788 in Virginia.[1]
She married Nathaniel Manning, son of Nathaniel and Mary (Hite) Manning, in 1803.[1]
Euphemia is in the 1850 census twice. She appeared on the census of 8 July 1850 at Washington, District of Columbia.[2] She appeared on the census of 9 Sep. 1850 at Loudoun County, Virginia. Her sisters Thruza (Lacy) RIce and Diademia (Lacy) Heath, are living near them.[3]
Euphemia wrote her will dated 31 March 1859, she died in 1860.[1]
