In the matter of the estate of William A Lacy deceased, John Barber says that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the heirs of said William A Lacy deceased and their places of residence are respectively as follows:

That William A Lacy was a widower at the time of his death. James E Lacy, a son resides in Harrison Missouri; Benjamin H Lacy, a son, resides in Harrison County Missouri; Belle Moore a daughter, wife of George Moore resides in Harrison County, Missouri; Lillie Fish, a daughter, wife of Sam Fish resides in Harrison County, Missouri; Mary A Banks, a daughter, wife of John Banks resides in Harrison County, Missouri; Joseph Lacy, a son, resides in Harrison County, Missouri; Nancy M Cook, a daughter, wife of James Cook, resides in Harrison County, Missouri; Mrs. Rosa Miller, a daughter, wife of George Miller resides in Harrison County, Missouri.

The children of William Lacy deceased, (who was a son of William A Lacy deceased) as follows: Clara Lacy, Bert Lacy, Bonnie Lacy, Max Lacy, Irene Lacy and Hazel Lacy all minors except Clara, reside in Harrison County, Missouri.

That the above named are the only living heirs of said William A Lacy. That the said William A Lacy died without a will on the 13 Mar 1910. That he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
