Biography

Lemert was born in Cass Township, Muskingum County, Ohio, to Frank and Emma Lacy. He was a farmer, attended Zion Episcopal Church in Dresden, and the Muskingum County Farm Bureau. He married Amy Cox on 7 December 1907. He died at his home on 19 December 1974. Burial was at South Lawn Cemetery, Coshocton.[1]
