Biography

Jonathan Ladd Jr. was born on March 5, 1718 in Tolland, Tolland County, Connecticut. He was the son of Jonathan Ladd and Susannah Kingsbury.[1]

He married Annah Tyler on June 27, 1751 in Tolland.[2] All their children were born in Tolland.

  1. Anna Ladd was born on August 27, 1752.[3]
  2. Eliab Ladd was born on April 21, 1754.[4]
  3. Abijah Ladd was born on February 27, 1756.[5]
  4. John Ladd was born on April 3, 1758.[6]
  5. Sarah Ladd was born on April 27, 1760.[7]
  6. Jonathan Ladd, a twin, was born on June 15, 1762 and died on August 21, 1762.[8][9]
  7. Anna Ladd, a twin, was born on June 15, 1762 and died in 1762.
  8. Jonathan Ladd was born on March 20, 1764.[10]
  9. Ruth Ladd was born on March 30, 1767.[11]

His wife Anna died on August 19, 1803 in Tolland.[12]

Jonathan passed away at an age of 92 on August 27, 1810 in Tolland. He is buried in the North Cemetery in Tolland.[13][14][15]
