Mary was born 11 February 1912. She married Raymond Stein 3 Dec 1929 in Yakima County, Washington. [1] She died 24 Oct 1986 in Clark County, Washington. [2] [3]

Marie E. Stein

Mass for Marie E. Stein was Monday in Vancouver. Recitation of the rosary was Sunday. Mrs. Stein died at age 74 Friday in a Vancouver nursing home.

Mrs. Stein was born in Moxee City, Wash., and had lived in Vancouver 46 years. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of Vancouver.

Surviving Mrs. Stein are her sons, Raymond G. and Steven C., both of Vancouver, and James J. of Seattle; daughters, Sharon Thorkildson and Suzanne Wright, both of Vancouver; brother, Albert LaJambe of Seattle; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.


Preceded in death by husband, Raymond in 1978.
