Thomas Lajambe, five weeks old, was baptised in St-Régis on 25 April 1833. He is the son of Ignace Lajambe and Marie Maher.[1]
In St-Régis, Canada East on 13 Aug 1861, Thomas Pitre dit Lajambe, from this parish, son of Ignace Pitre dit Lajambe & Pealy Maher, married Lucie Taillon, daughter of Jean Baptiste Taillon & Lucie Plamondon also from this parish.[2][3]

Thomas Pitre dit Lajambe (also known as Thomas Peets) and Lucie Taillon (Tyo) were farmers in St-Régis until Thomas immigrated to Moira in 1902. Lucie joined him in Moira between the censuses of 1901[4] and 1905.[5]
