The family moved to Fayette County, Indiana where Mary died 30 May 1836. William Lake and Elizabeth Carmicle/Carmick/Carmichael were married 19 Oct 1836 in Fayette County, Indiana.[3]William and Elizabeth Lake resided in Fayette County, Indiana in 1850.[4]
William Lake died 9 Nov 1859 and was buried in Mount Zion Cemetery, Everton, Fayette County, Indiana.[5]
